At PureFlow Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

15-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 15-day replacement from the date of delivery if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video (if available).

No Return for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • You no longer want the product.
  • You ordered the wrong item by mistake.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.

Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

Payment Policy

We offer two payment options:

1. Full Online Payment

Customers who pay the full amount online receive an instant ₹100 discount.

2. ₹100 Advance + Cash on Delivery (COD)

To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, a ₹100 advance payment is required. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If a COD order with ₹100 advance is cancelled after processing has started, the advance amount may not be refundable.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed after verification.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Replacement Process

Once the replacement request is approved:

  • Our team will arrange pickup (where available) or provide further instructions.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after verification.
